Since joining Lee & Ko in 2017, Ms. Haein Cho has been part of the Capital Markets and Environment / Safety Team. Her practice primarily focuses on compliance concerns relating to Korea's regulations governing environmental law and financial investment.Prior to joining Lee & Ko, Ms. Cho worked at the law firm of Kim, Chang & Lee from 2015 to 2017.Ms. Cho received both her B.A. (in law) and J.D. from Seoul National University. She is currently pursuing a Ph.D. degree in the Graduate School of Law at Seoul National University.
