Nguyen Yen Thanh Phuong is a Vietnamese attorney at Lee & Ko’s Vietnam Office. Based in Hanoi City, Phuong’s practice focuses on banking & finance, corporate matters relating to mergers and acquisitions, foreign investment and other corporate governance issues.
Prior to joining Lee & Ko, Phuong had an internship at the Supreme People’s Court of Vietnam for six months.

- Advised a leading multilateral development bank in making a report on Non-Performing Loans (NPLs) Trading Platform in Asia

- Advised a Korean telecom company in establishing a foreign-invested medical checkup centre in Hanoi as part of its strategic expansion into the digital healthcare sector in the Southeast Asian nation
