Ye Jin Oh is a Foreign Attorney with Lee & Ko who has expertise in international taxation and transfer pricing. Ms. Oh’s former experience with another law firm and a Big 4 accounting firm gave her valuable experience such as tax audits, tax disputes, APA/MAP, business restructuring, M&A, tax planning, as well as tax law amendments.
Ms. Oh received her B.S. in Accountancy from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, a M.S. in Taxation with a concentration in Tax Law from the University of Seoul, and her law school degrees from the U.K. Having accounting, tax, and legal training from different countries, Ms. Oh can approach diverse tax matters from innovative perspectives.
