Since joining Lee & Ko in 2015, Ms. Bami Yoo has been part of the Capital Markets and International Arbitration Team. Her practice primarily focuses on inbound and outbound investments, investment through collective investment vehicles, financial regulatory compliance, and international dispute resolution. Before joining Lee & Ko, Ms. Yoo received her bachelor's degree in law from Seoul National University, College of Law. After passing the 54th Korean bar exam, she successfully completed the two-year legal training program at the Judicial Research & Training Institute of the Supreme Court of Korea. She is currently pursuing an LL.M. degree in the Graduate School of Law at Seoul National University.
