As a member of the Criminal Defense (Investigations) Team in Lee & Ko's Litigation & Arbitration Group, Junwoo Ahn focuses on financial regulatory compliance matters and investigations. Mr. Ahn also advises business clients on a broad range of white collar crime preventive measures and legal defenses.

Prior to joining Lee & Ko, Jun Woo Ahn worked as a police investigator for the Korean National Police Agency, including economic crime investigation team. Building on his substantial experience in law enforcement, Mr. Ahn's practice focuses primarily on white-collar criminal cases, with a special emphasis on areas such as corporate embezzlement, breach of trust, investment fraud, as well as violation of special laws such as medical laws. Mr. Ahn was also in charge of media response at the Seoul Metropolitan Police Agency's public relations office.
