As a member of the Criminal Defense (Investigations) Team in the firm's Litigation & Arbitration Group, Young Min Kim focuses on financial regulatory compliance and investigations. Mr. Kim also advises business clients on a broad range of white collar crime preventive measures and legal defenses.

Prior to joining Lee & Ko, Young Min Kim worked as a police investigator for the Korean National Police Agency. Building on his substantial experience in law enforcement, Mr. Kim's practice focuses primarily on white-collar criminal cases, with a special emphasis on areas such as corporate embezzlement, breach of trust and professional misconduct.
