Seung Ho CHOI is partner in the Antitrust Practice Group. He specializes in Antitrust and M&A, with focus on the area of overlaps between IP and Antitrust laws. Prior to joining Lee & Ko in 2012, he served as a Judge Advocate Officer for the Republic of Korea Navy.
Mr. Choi received LL.M degrees from Columbia Law School in 2017, and the Yonsei University, College of Law in 2016. He completed his legal training at the Judicial Research and Training Institute of the Supreme Court of Korea in 2009. He was admitted to the Korean bar in 2009 and the New York State bar in 2017.
