Before joining Lee & Ko, Kwangbae Park worked as a prosecutor for about 20 years. His last position as a prosecutor was the Head of the Joint Investigation Department for Securities Crimes of the Seoul Southern District Prosecutors' Office. Throughout his career, he has specialized in investigation of corporate and public corruption, violation of the fair trade law, defense industry corruption, financial securities crime, etc. As a prosecutor, he has worked in the following offices: the Central Investigation Unit at the Supreme Prosecutors' Office; the Special Prosecutor's Office of the Seoul Central District Prosecutors' Office; Daejeon District Prosecutors' Office; the Special Prosecutor's Office; the Chief Prosecutor's Office of the Supreme Prosecutors' Office; and Division of Anti-Corruption Investigation Support, Criminal Crime Joint Investigation Division, Seoul Southern District Prosecutors' Office. Mr. Park's practice focuses on criminal cases involving corporations, public services, fair trade issues, defense industry, securities, finance and taxation.
