Sangmin Kim assists clients with legal advice on a broad range of compliance concerns and other issues relating to Korea's various laws and regulations governing environment, occupational safety, ESG, and energy & natural resources.Prior to joining Lee & Ko, Ms. Kim worked as in-house counsel in the Global Legal Affairs Team of Samsung Electronics Co., Ltd. In such capacity, she acquired extensive experience in various types of cross-border corporate and commercial transactions, entertainment businesses, and regulatory compliance issues in the areas of environmental law and technology, media & telecommunications law.
