Mr. Seo is able to expertly advise clients on every aspect of the patent application and registration process, from the earliest stages of technology development, as well as on post-registration measures for the protection, maintenance and enforcement of patent rights, including representation of clients in related litigation. He has also established an excellent track record for assisting clients in successfully building IP portfolios in conjunction with investigating related art and devising appropriate patent strategies, conducting prior art searches for challenging the validity of competing patents in connection with patent trial procedures, and furnishing expert analysis of allegedly infringing products in patent infringement cases. Mr. Seo is also highly regarded for his expertise in handling standard patents related to telecommunications (3GPP, ETSI, IEEE, etc.), and writing standard matching documents.
